The Koch brothers (pronounced Coke like the corporation) are stepping in to California to rewrite our groundbreaking global warming law AB 23 (I will not mention the fact that they are also bankrolling Senator hopeful Carli Fiorina) by injecting millions of dollars of Texas oil money. Their initiative AB 32 would suspend the global warming law putting it into legislative limbo.

Their argument it appears is that with high unemployment it is in our economic best interest to pollute the planet for the time being.

Koch is one of the largest polluters in the U.S.
